No. The Free plan only needs an email address. There is no trial period and no automatic upgrade.

Each URL you add counts as one website. Paused websites don't count towards the 5 active websites on the Free plan.
Advertising may be shown in some areas of the dashboard for free accounts once enabled. Ads never block monitoring features, forms or alerts.
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your websites and their monitoring history.
